Fast, armoured and hard-hitting. With Charge a knight that runs before it strikes hits clearly harder; it is the Vale Host’s main way to remove a stack in one turn, before Regenerate or a Moss Bed can undo the damage.

Where to hire it

In Conquest, the Vale Host hire Knights at the town’s Tiltyard (1200 gold, 5 wood, 8 ore to build) and the Lance Hall dwelling on the map, 2 a week. In the quick battle it is bought in the draft, with gold only.

Against every other fighter

The game’s own strike preview on an open board, keywords on and no hero powers: a blow from the next tile, without a run-up. Damage and kills are the low and high roll; the swing back is what the target’s survivors hit back with.
